Podplus 3 Lakes 5k 2015 – Sunday 21st June 2015, 10am 5k Walk, 11am 5k Jog.
Starting and finishing on the track at the Julie Rose Stadium Ashford, and venturing across the Kent Countryside & around the 3 Conningbrook Lakes.?
Entry fees ?14 (?12 if affiliated to a UKA running club) – Entries on the day ?15?
Age limit ? minimum age 13yrs, no maximum. Route is unsuitable for wheelchairs.?
All finishers receive a token gift, fruit & water at the finish.
Prize for the first 3 Male, & first 3 females of the run.
Team prize for corporate groups of 8 or more & the chance for teams to win ?100 to give to their chosen charity.?
